Meet Kim

Born and raised in the North East, Kim brings a bold and innovative flare to Austin, Texas! Since moving to Austin in 2012, Kim has progressed to the top of her field in record time. Before moving to Texas, Kim spent twelve years in New York City, working in the luxury resort world and some of the top real estate brokerages in the country. This experience has afforded Kim myriad opportunities to become a trusted authority in real estate and an invaluable resource to sellers and buyers alike. Due to her expertise in fast-paced markets, Kim understands the importance of being available to show properties and negotiate deals at a moment's notice. She places her customer's needs first and strives to establish lifelong professional relationships through integrity, rapport, and industry expertise.

Known for her sophisticated eye, discretion, and sharp attention to detail, Kim has brokered transactions and represented clients across Austin's real estate market, from multi-million dollar estates to first-time home buyers. This hard work ethic has led to Kim to achieve designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and is a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI). Kim is also e-PRO and Ninja Selling-certified. She became a member of the Million Dollar Guild in 2015 due to her success in the $1M+ real estate market. Kim has been a Finalist for the Platinum Top 50 REALTORS® (2016-2023) and was selected as the winner in 2018, 2021, 2022 and 2023. She is also a member of the real estate organizations NAR, TAR, ABOR, WCAOR, REBAC, and TREPAC, to keep up-to-date with the latest industry tools, updates, and legislation.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Kim completed her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Ramapo College in New Jersey. Kim also studied Holistic Nutrition at the Academy of Natural Health Sciences while being involved with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Foundation Communities, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Austin Gives Miles, Austin Children's Shelter, and many more. In her free time, Kim enjoys community service, playing tennis, practicing yoga, cooking, and traveling. She resides in the Zilker area of Austin with her husband Joe, who also works in real estate, but on the commercial side, her baby Maxton and her pups Mikey and Teddy.
